Once I update to the latest sync2.5, my fordpass app cannot connect to my car now. And the Reversing camera guidelines gone missing. And the audio in the back of the car were not working now. It seems like the ACM module is not compatible with new sync2.5?

Hallo, liebe Grüße aus der Türkei. Mein Fahrzeug ist ein Ford Puma (Modelljahr 2020) mit 1.0-EcoBoost-Motor und Automatikgetriebe. Ich habe Probleme mit dem Sync 2.5-System: Nach dem Starten des Motors springt die Uhrzeit immer wieder auf 03:00 Uhr zurück. Außerdem kommt es zu kurzen Tonaussetzern bei der Musikwiedergabe (für etwa 2–3 Sekunden). Bestehen diese Probleme auch nach dem neuesten Update weiterhin? Wie muss ich das Update auf den USB-Stick laden? Soll ich die ZIP-Datei einfach so kopieren, wie sie ist? Und – ganz wichtig – ist ein türkisches Sprachpaket verfügbar? Vielen Dank! 👏🥰
